Medium sized sinamy base with double layer of dyed coque feathers hand-sewn on top. Feathers have been dyed a combination of soft cream and ivory, creating a dreamy vintage colour. A spectacular 1950’s piece of costume jewellery has been hand-sewn onto the hat.

Birdcage veiling sweeps over Imogen’s eyes, adding glamour and a coquettish feel making her a 1940’s film starlett. Imogen wears ivory Amanda Wakley bridal dress in a beautifully rich satin silk.

This piece was designed so that the veiling could be removed for the evening part of the wedding so that Imogen could enjoy wearing her hat as a head piece for dinner and dancing.
